At Serge DeNimes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all jewelry is placed back in its original Serge DeNimes pouch and box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
